Search Engine Promotion (SEP) Program

Our very popular search engine promotion program includes:

Submission or re-submission as needed to the top search engines and directories.
Basic keyword analysis and optimization of search engine titles and descriptions.
Basic monitoring of your site in the search engines and any web crawl errors generated by Google.
Creation/maintenance of files used by the search engines in indexing your site (robots.txt and an XML sitemap).
Delivery of a report showing the work we do each quarter, where your site ranks on the top three search engines for up to ten keyword phrases, and search engine news and tips.
We add your site to our search engine client directory. This can help get your site indexed even faster and gives your site added exposure and link popularity.

MOST SEARCH ENGINES AND DIRECTORIES CAN TAKE A MINIMUM OF ONE - SIX MONTHS TO LIST WEB SITES SUBMITTED VIA STANDARD REGISTRATION.

Because we do not own the search engines and directories, we have no direct control over where your site will rank, how fast your site will be included, or when a site might drop you--that is up to the individual search engines; but, we do offer ways to help you get listed faster and place better. If "time is of the essence", you should consider joining our Pay-per-click Program (see below). Similarly, if your site is in a highly competitive market or your site is very large, you may want to consider additional search engine optimization, banner advertising or social networking (see below).

CYber SYtes has been involved with Search Engine Optimization(SEO) before it was even called Search Engine Optimization! We have numerous client sites that rate at the top of the Search Engines for their industry's main keyword searches.

Our SEO service is available on an hourly basis. The program can scale to fit your budget needs. This service includes optimization of META tags, TITLE tags, image ALT tags, creation of keyword rich content pages and an entire suite of activities all designed to get your Web site better in "natural" or "organic" listings. The program is very flexible due to the fact that what constitutes "optimization" is an ever changing target.

When waiting to rank isn't an option!

Pay Per Click Program

When top placement for your web site can't wait, then our "pay per click" programs (PPC) are for you. With PPC programs such as Google Adwords you pay a small fee each time someone clicks your ad when it is displayed in the search engine. These ads are sometimes known as "sponsored listings". In general, the more you budget, the more traffic you get. The more you allocate for different search terms, the higher your site ad places and the more "impressions" (exposure) your ad receives.

Our PPC management program may include placement on Google, Yahoo!, MSN, and other top search engines. Pricing is based on $150 initial setup, hourly fees for time spent managing your program(s) and a percentage of the overall budget. Our program includes program set-up, keyword consultation and research, ongoing monitoring of keywords and monthly reports.

We also offer one-on-one training (hosted clients only) if you prefer to setup and maintain your own pay per click program.

Banner Ad Creation and Placement

Many sites are willing to link to your site or offer paid advertising. We can help you take advantage of those opportunities by creating Web Banners for placement on there sites. Banners representing events, seasons, specials... almost any theme can be built into a banner to support your marketing goals.

Along with standard size ad banners, your banner can be customized for any advertising environment - for instance on a Chamber of Commerce Web Site, area directories or anywhere that accepts banner advertising.

Banners can be produced in either a flat image or a rich media format (Flash).

Link to Us Page

Along with the banners themselves we can produce a simple page for your site, usually called "Link to us". This page will contain the code needed for others to link to your site.
